Poor rotation on 2009 Vapor 6.7

I bought three 09 Vapors (8.4, 7.6. 6.7) with the recommended SDM 100% carbon masts (460 and 490). The 8.4 and 7.6 work perfectly and the cambers rotate like a dream. On the 6.7 the cambers almost completely refuse to rotate. It takes a lot of pulling and pushing to get them to rotate. Can someone explain why (since I bought the correct mast) and what I can do to fix this? I've tried less downhaul, less outhaul, more outhaul, changing batten tension. I even took out the cambers to see of there was something wrong with them. I'm all out of ideas. Do I need an RDM? I just invested quite a bit of money in my gear so I'm not really looking forward to buying another mast.
