Sneak Preview” The bar has been set high for this racing monster, and the Gaastra design team doesn’t disappoint. Built on the feedback of the best racers in the world, and a solid foundation from years past, the 2010 Vapor is set to be THE DOMINANT new weapon on the racecourse. If you have any doubts, just check the phenomenal record of our in-house athletes:
Kevin Pritchard, Ross Williams, Arnon Dagon, and Cedric Bordes. Combining their talent with Dan Kaseler’s experience and the deep resources of the Gaastra R&D department has lead to amazing advancements in top end speed and stability. New for 2010, the Vapor comes stock with a boom opening fairing, and a large sock window enabling an easy eye to leeward, particularly handy for those tight crossing tack situations. In addition to unbelievable on-the-water performance, the 2010 Vapor rigs and rotates effortlessly, leaving the competition in your spray.
In addition to the stock Vapor, Gaastra introduces a full-throttle, PWA Registered, Technora Laminate version, named the Vapor LE. If you must have the absolute best, lightest, fastest sail in the world of windsurfing, you need not look further. Look for Gaastra to Vaporize the competition, both on the tour, and at your local venue.

••Wide sock technology
••Easy rigging snap on style
••New view windows // tough luff socks for improved visibility
••Locked in cam shape for top end control
••Drop tack design for “closing the gap”
••Triangulated load bearing panel layout // gives the most strength to weight ratio
