Gaastra 75% RDM on a 5.5m2 neutron ?

Is it possible to have a Gaastra 75% RDM on a 5.5m2 neutron ?

Rene,

You might have a hard time with the cambers on the rdm. The best thing to do is to rig it up and try it. It should work with the mast bends but it is just the sizing that I am concerned about.

Hi there,

I have tried it and the cambers do rotate. It just seems that the cambers do not touch the mast. The mast is pushed to far away from the cambers.
The sail becomes unstable, therefore I am not happy with it.
What is the best choice for this sail, concerning that I would like to buy a Vapor 5,0 or Neutron 5,1 to be used with the same mast.

With the new 5.5 vapors, they are specifically designed around the RDM so it will work perfect. I have a brand new one if you are interested.
